2. 트위터 관련 소식인데, 일론의 트위터 인수가 최종 완료된 것으로 보여집니다. 왜냐하면, NYSE 거래소에서 금요일 트위터가 상장 폐지 뉴스가 보도됐기 때문입니다.
상장 폐지가 되면 주식을 보유했던 주주들은 1주당 $54.2를 지급 받게 됩니다.
현재까지 Form 4가 올라오지 않았기 때문에 이번 주에는 일론이 테슬라 주식을 매도하지 않을 것으로 판단되며, 트위터 직원들과의 만남에서 일론은 75% 의 직원 해고는 없을 것이라고 말했습니다.
