2. 테슬라가 일반 오너들에게의 FSD 베타 릴리즈를 재개합니다.(Beta v 11.3.6)

NHTSA의 우려로 일시 중단되었는데 v 11.3.2 출시로 문제되는 부분이 수정되었기 때문입니다.
