1. 독일 환경 단체들의 테슬라에 대한 고소가 베를린-브란덴부르크 최고행정법원에 의해 기각되었습니다.

이것은 최종 결정이기 때문에 같은 내용으로의 고소는 더이상 불가능하다고 합니다.

 

보도 내용은 이렇지만, 사견을 조금 덧붙이면,

우리 나라의 경우, 형사에서 동일 위반법 타이틀로의 재 고소는 할 수 없지만, 앞에 특수 항목을 달면 재 고소가 가능하여, 피의자를 지치게 할 수 있습니다.

 

예를 들어, 상대방을 폭행으로 고소했지만, 기각되었다면, 폭행이 아닌 특수폭행으로 고소가 가능하며, 이것도 기각이 되면, 폭행이 아닌 개인정보보호법 위반, 성추행과 같은 다른 죄목으로의 고소도 가능합니다. 후에, 피의자가 무고 판결이 난다 하더라도, 정신적, 시간적 피해를 떠안게 되는 것이죠. 

 

우리 나라는 독일을 중심으로 한 대륙법을 따르기 때문에, 비슷한 흐름에서 동일한 적용이 가능하다면, 위반했을 것으로 의심되는 법 조항을 살짝 비틀거나 바꾸면, 충분히 테슬라를 다시 피고로 세워 괴롭힐 수 있으며, 이를 위한 다른 방안을 이미 강구해 놓았을 가능성이 있습니다.

 

결국 요점은, 이런 기사 하나하나에 일희일비할 필요가 없다는 말입니다.

A complaint from environmental organizations about Tesla Giga Berlin's early permission to start system tests was rejected by the Berlin-Brandenburg Supreme Administrative Court. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

In early June, Tesla Giga Berlin received a permit issued by the State Environmental Administration (LfU), which allowed system tests to be carried out. It includes authorization to test the functionality of the systems in the Paint Shop, Casting, and Body in White. In addition, the installation of wastewater treatment tanks has been agreed upon. Permitted functional tests include treatment and pressure testing of system technology, signal testing, filling systems, and functional testing of machines, apparatus, containers, and burners.

2. 일본에서의 전기차와 테슬라에 대한 선호도가 높다는 보도가 있었습니다.

 

일본에서 외제차 서비스를 제공하는 'Current Motor'에서 6월 8일에서 7월 7일까지 수입차에 관심있는 사람 245명에게 물었는데 소유하고 싶은 차 1위가 모델3였습니다. 

 

조사 인원이 적고, 비교 데이터가 없긴 하지만, 작년의 판매량을 생각해 봤을 때 긍정적 신호로 생각되네요.

Since the country is home to the world's most popular auto brands that produce petrol-powered car models, the local population is more skeptical about electric vehicles. For several years Tesla has been trying to win the sympathy of the Japanese and seems to be on the right track. As a result of recent research, it turned out that Tesla Model 3 is the most coveted imported electric vehicle that the Japanese would like to own.

Current Motor, which operates Foreign Car King's imported car service, has done some research among people interested in imported cars, Yahoo! News reported. The results showed that Tesla Model 3 took first place amongst EVs the Japanese would choose to own.

The poll was conducted from June 8 to July 7 and included 254 men and women interested in imported cars. Despite the fact that most people in Japan prefer ICE cars, the results showed that 42.5% of respondents would like to buy an electric car, while 57.5% would not like to have such a car. Considering the general situation in the Japanese automotive market, the fact that more than 42% wish to buy an electric car is a fairly high figure, depicting a positive trend.

This week, reports surfaced stating that SpaceX could partner with Indian companies to manufacture Starlink devices. India’s Department of Telecommunications held a conference on Monday with several satellite companies to discuss potential partnerships to bring reliable broadband service and technology jobs to the country. During the conference, SpaceX’s Director of Global Satellite Affairs Matt Botwin had a discussion with India's Department of Telecommunications secretary Anshu Prakash, in which they discussed the Starlink satellite network – according to a report by . “SpaceX is excited to find ways to work together with the Indian industry for manufacturing products for its Starlink devices,” Botwin said. Manufacturing Starlink in India, would enable more efficiency to serve the local population. SpaceX “is now looking forward to working with its partners in India to recognize those opportunities,” he said.
