1. 차량 구독 플랫폼 NextCar 를 소유하고 있는 Autonomy 에서 테슬라 모델3 렌탈 fleet 을 시작하게 됩니다.

 

Autonomy 는 캘리포니아에서만 차량을 렌트하고 있지만 시장을 확대할 예정입니다.

 

Autonomy, a company owned by vehicle subscription platform NextCar, has launched a new electric and zero-emissions vehicle subscription program with the Tesla Model 3.

Autonomy will officially equip some low-mileage builds of the Model 3 when the program begins in the coming months. The subscription cost includes “routine maintenance and roadside assistance. Consumers have flexibility to customize their monthly payments to as low as $550 a month (with a $5,500 start fee) up to $1,000 per month (with a start fee as low as $1,000). A $500 security deposit is required when the subscription is activated.”

Currently, Autonomy is only renting vehicles in California, but it said it will open in new markets soon. The company plans to expand rapidly, and California was its first choice due to the concentration of EVs in the market.

SpaceX is rapidly building the Starlink satellite constellation to rapidly expand internet service coverage worldwide. With nearly 2,000 broadband satellites in Low Earth Orbit the company already provides internet service to over 145,000 customers across 25 countries, including rural regions located in: United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. 

Nieto shared in a Facebook group dedicated for Starlink users in Mexico, that he has connected Starlink to 10 devices simultaneously for multiple users and says everyone streamed video content with no speed issues. Nieto told TESMANIAN that Starlink’s internet download speed is typically over 200Mbps (Megabits per second) and varies from time to time. He performed a speed test and obtained high-speed internet that reached 420Mbps, which is higher than the speeds the company advertises on its Starlink.com website. “Using advanced satellites in a low orbit, Starlink enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high data rate activities that historically have not been possible with satellite internet. Users can expect to see download speeds between 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps and latency as low as 20ms [milliseconds] in most locations,” the company's website states. SpaceX is accepting service pre-orders via its website and is fulfilling orders on a 'first-come, first-served' basis when broadband coverage becomes available in specific locations.
