주주들의 승인이 있어야 해서 연례 주주총회를 거쳐야 하는데, 이전의 연례 주주총회는 보통 6월에 있었습니다.

만약 이번 분할로 인해 천주급 이상의 클라스로 올라서시는 분들은 각설하고 결국 마르지 않는 샘을 경험할 것이라 감히 생각합니다.

2. 기가 텍사스에는 배터리 에너지 저장 시스템이 설치될 예정입니다.

2021년 2월, 겨울 폭풍으로 인해 텍사스는 수일간 전기가 끊겼었는데, 태양광 패널의 에너지가 BESS에 저장되기 때문에 이러한 자연 재해 리스크도 해결됩니다.

Tesla registers the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Giga Texas to protect itself from possible power outages. Tesla Megapacks will store energy from solar panels that will be placed on the roof of the factory.

In February 2021, winter storms hit Texas and left millions of people without electricity for several days. Tesla CEO Elon Musk was one of those impacted, as he and his family were there. Also, the construction of Giga Texas was stopped for several days. The company became one of those that helped the local population by donating and delivering food and essentials. All of this prompted the company to help the state bolster its energy market.

3. 미국 도로교통안정청(NHTSA)에서 2019년 이후 기종의 연비 기준을 충족하는 자동차 업체에는 2배 이상의 과징금을 부과할 예정입니다.

Tesla has won an important cause for which it has fought for years. The US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said it would more than double fines for automakers that fail to meet fuel efficiency standards for 2019 and later models.

For models manufactured from 2019 to 2021, the fine will rise to $14 from $5.50 for every 10 mpg in excess of the standard, according to the ruling. For 2022 models, the price rises to $15. The amount of the fine is multiplied by the number of cars sold. The agency's final rule will soon be published in the federal register.
