1. 테슬라가 6월 10일 SEC에 연례 주주총회 날짜와 내용을 제출했습니다.

 

주주총회는 2022년 8월 4일 오후 4시 30분에 개최되며, 3-for-1 주식분할을 신청했습니다. 이로써 수권주식수는 40억 주가 증가하여 20억주에서 60억주가 될 예정입니다.

 

분할 갯수로 실망하셨을 분도 계시지만, 머스크가 생각하는 가격 클래스가 있는 것 같습니다.
