1. 모델Y가 Euro NCAP 와 ANCAP 로부터 안전 등급 별 5개를 받았습니다. 

 

성인 승객 보호율 97%, 어린이 승객 보호율 89%, 도로 취약 사용자 보호율 82%, 안전 보조율 98% 입니다.

수치로만 보면 크게 와닿지 않으시겠지만, 간단히 말해 지금까지 검사를 받았던 모든 차량 중 최고점입니다.

 

모델Y는 세계에서 가장 안전한 차입니다.

 

Tesla Model Y earns a 5-star safety rating from Euro NCAP and ANCAP, achieving the highest overall score under the new protocol. Tesla cars once again prove that they are the safest, each in its segment and in general.

Tesla Model Y has recently passed rigorous testing under a new protocol from the European New Car Assessment Program (Euro NCAP). The car received a five-star rating, which was the highest overall score of any car tested under the latest Euro NCAP test protocol. This was based on an evaluation of Model Y’s ability to protect adults, children, and vulnerable road users like cyclists and pedestrians, as well as on its safety assistance features. Model Y received an adult occupant protection rating of 97 percent, a child occupant protection rating of 89 percent, a vulnerable road user protection rating of 82 percent, and a safety assist rating of 98 percent.

Tesla Giga Shanghai is operating in Plaid mode and is actively producing Model 3s and Model Ys. The waiting time of almost all models in China has now been reduced by six weeks, delighting customers.

Now, Model 3 waiting times, in both versions, are 6-10 weeks, showing a 6-week reduction in waiting time compared to 12-16 weeks previously. This is a significant reduction, speeding up delivery by a month and a half, which is very positive news.

The expected waiting time for Model Y Long Range delivery is now 10-14 weeks, six weeks shorter than the previous 16-20 weeks. The wait time for Model Y Performance has also been reduced by six weeks—from 12-16 weeks previously to 6-10 weeks now.

3. 캐나다 산업부 장관 Francois-Philippe Champagne(프랑수아-필립 샹파뉴)가 테슬라와 공장 건설에 대해 논의하고 있다고 말했습니다. 

 

추가로, 테슬라 뿐만 아니라 전 세계 자동차 업체들과도 대화를 나누고 있다고 말했습니다. 

 

Canada and Tesla are having a conversation about building a factory, according to its Industry Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne. Minister Champagne told reporters in Vancouver that he’s talking with Tesla as well as all of the automakers around the world, Reuters reported.

“Canada is becoming the green supplier of choice to the auto industry and the aerospace industry, that’s certainly what I’m proposing,” he said.

Tesla posted more jobs for its Megapack Factory in Lathrop. The company listed around 50+ new positions in Lathrop within the past week alone. 

About 17 of the jobs Tesla posted in Lathrop the past week mentioned the Megapack or the Megafactory. The positions range from Logistics Analyst for the Megapack to Process Engineer. Tesla is also looking for a Senior Facilities Mechanical Engineer and Materials Planner for the Megafactory in Lathrop.
