1. 우리방 테찬님이 자료를 공유해 주셨을 때는 단순 반복 자료라 생각했는데 올해 2월에 보도된 내용보다 더 구체화되었네요.

테슬라가 Pudong 신 구역 Lingang 안에 기가 상하이의 새로운 공장을 지을 예정입니다. 여기에서는 모델3와 Y를 생산하며, 연간 캐파는 45만대입니다.

According to the letter seen by Reuters, Tesla plans to build a new plant close to the existing Giga Shanghai in the Lingang, Pudong New Area.

The new plant will have an annual production capacity of 450,000 Model 3 and Model Y cars, and with that extra capacity will make Giga Shanghai “the world’s largest vehicle export hub.”

또한 여기에 기가 상하이는 6월부터 생산 능력을 33% 늘려 월 9만대 안팎의 차량을 생산할 예정입니다.

따라서 기존 공장 캐파는 연간 약 100만대, 신규 공장은 45만대. 따라서 기가 상하이만으로도 연간 생산 150만대까지 그려볼 수 있게 되었습니다.

Despite Tesla Giga Shanghai's production shutdowns, the factory could surprise significantly with its production figures in Q2 2022. Tesla's Chinese factory could increase its production capacity by 33% starting from June, producing around 90,000 vehicles per month.

Dongshu said Tesla will significantly expand its manufacturing capacity in June compared to the previous period. Prior to the lockdown, Giga Shanghai was producing around 60,000-70,000 Model 3s and Model Ys per month, which was already high. Dongshu said that after the expansion of production capacity in June, the factory's production will reach 80,000-90,000 vehicles per month, reflecting an increase of more than 33%. Thus, Giga Shanghai will reach a production capacity of about one million vehicles per year.

2. 어제 주주총회 소식으로 뜨거웠습니다.

프록시 발송은 6월 6일(월), 주주총회는 약 59일 후인 8월 4일(목)에 열릴 예정입니다.

프록시 발송 지연으로 주식 분할도 당연히 딜레이 됐을거라 생각했는데, 오히려 작년보다 빠른 주총 일정으로 발표하여 주주들이 기뻐했습니다.
