1. 바이든 대통령이 IRA 법안에 서명을 했습니다.
제가 기억하기로는 1) 2023년 1월 1일부터 판매되는 차량에 tax 크레딧이 적용되고,
2) 자격을 갖춘 20개 차량 모델은 2022년말까지 크레딧이 제공되며, 3) 72개 모델의 70%에 대한 크레딧은 즉시 종료됩니다.
결국은 내연기관들의 놀이터에 폭탄이 떨어졌습니다.

WASHINGTON, Aug 16 (Reuters) - The Biden administration said on Tuesday about 20 models will still qualify for electric vehicle tax credits of up to $7,500 through the end of 2022 under legislation signed by President Joe Biden.
The law signed Tuesday immediately ends credits for about 70% of the 72 models that were previously eligible, said the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, an industry trade group.

Tesla is opening its fourth showroom in Austin, Texas according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The construction is expected to begin on September 26, 2022, and if all goes to plan, it will be completed by February 28, 2023.
The new Tesla showroom will be located at 2323 Ridgepoint Drive and Tesla plans to spend $1,500,000 renovating the one-story, 51,975 square-foot space. According to the filing, the space will be for auto sales, delivery, and vehicle service which will require some modifications to the exterior building. A utility upgrade will be under a separate permit by the owner of the property.
