1. 테슬라 모델 Y가 덴마크에서 1986년 오펠 카데트가 세운 37년간의 연간 판매 기록을 깨려고 합니다.

 

오펠 카데트는 37년 전에 16,686대를 판매했으며, 모델 Y는 기록을 깨기까지 10대만 남았다고 덴마크 출판물인 FDM의 보도에 따르면 전해졌습니다.

The Tesla Model Y is set to break a 37-year sales record in Denmark, set in 1986 by the Opel Kadett for most cars sold in a calendar year.

The Opel Kadett sold 16,686 vehicles 37 years ago, and the Model Y is just ten vehicles away from breaking the record, a report from FDM, a Danish publication, said.

3. 테슬라 Model 3 Highland가 유럽에서 적응형 헤드라이트를 승인 받았습니다.

 

적응형 헤드라이트는 빛을 조절하여 도로를 최대한 최적으로 비출 수 있기 때문에 기존 헤드라이트보다 한 단계 더 발전된 것으로 간주됩니다. 이 기능을 적용하면 차량은 속도와 운전 조건에 따라 영역을 조명하여 운전자의 안전과 가시성을 높일 수 있습니다. 

 

It appears that the Model 3 Highland will be the first Tesla to actually feature adaptive headlights. This was hinted at in European certification documents that were recently shared online.

Adaptive headlights are considered a step up from traditional headlights, as they can modulate their light to illuminate the road as optimally as possible. With the feature in place, a vehicle could illuminate areas depending on speed and driving conditions, increasing driver safety and visibility.

4. 통상적으로 테슬라 직원들은 연례 성과 평가에서 급여 조정과 성과에 기반한 주식 보상을 받습니다. 그런데 블룸버그에 의하면 올해에는 직원들에게 성과에 기반한 주식 보상은 이뤄지지 않고, 기본 급여와 생활비 인상이 있었다고 합니다.

 

테슬라에서 아직 공식적인 답변은 하지 않았습니다.

Tesla managers reportedly informed some salaried employees about a rather unpleasant surprise this week — there will be no merit-based equity awards for 2023. 

Despite the update, Tesla employees will still receive cost-of-living increases and adjustments to their base pay, as per a report from Bloomberg News. The publication cited four Tesla workers who work in different departments within the company as its source of information.  

Typically, Tesla employees receive salary adjustments and merit-based stock grants during their annual performance reviews. This year, the merit-based stock grants were reportedly not given, though employees who reached the end of their four-year vesting cycle in the company were still issued stock “refreshers.”
