1. 기가 텍사스가 3대의 기가 프레스를 가동시키며 주당 모델Y 1천대 생산을 달성했습니다. 

 

그리고 이제 4번째 기가 프레스를 설치하고 테스트할 예정입니다.

 

이전에는 다 텅빈 공장이었는데 지금은 꽉차 있군요 ^^

 

Tesla Giga Texas has installed and started testing the 4th Giga Press, for the production of Model Y. This will greatly expand the factory's production capacity and help achieve its goals.

Today, Giga Press is used only for the production of body parts for Model Y, which is the most popular model of the manufacturer. At Giga Texas, Tesla makes front and rear single-piece casts, which also makes it possible to install a structural battery pack with 4680 battery cells. Until recently, only three Giga Presses were known, but a recent drone flyby by @JoeTegtmeyer/Twitter at Giga Texas showed an update. According to the observation, Tesla has already installed the fourth Giga Press and has even begun testing it.

2. FSD 베타 v10.69가 어제 테스터 1천명에게 풀렸습니다. 

 

성능과 기술력에 대한 자신감 때문인지 9월 5일부터 북미에서의 FSD 가격은 기존 $12,000 에서 $15,000으로 인상됩니다.

 

다만, 베타가 풀리지 않은 나라의 경우(온전한 기능을 사용할 수 없는 상황) 기존에 12,000달러로 인상하지 않았기 때문에 한국의 경우는 아직 미지수입니다.

 

추가로, 베타 v10.69 로 주행하는 영상들이 계속 올라오는데 기존 실패했던 구간에서도 대부분 부드럽게 성공 시키는 모습을 볼 수 있으며, chuck 스타일 턴도 10번 중 9번 정도를 성공시키는 매우 만족스러운 성능을 보여주고 있습니다. 

 

개인적으로는 최근 테슬라 오토파일럿팀에서 개발한 Occuption Networks가 큰 역할을 해준 것이 아닌가 생각합니다.  Occuption Networks 덕분에 차량은 주변 공간을 인지합니다. 쉽게 말해 2D 자료들을 통해 메타버스를 만들어 버립니다. ;;

 

테슬라에서는 천재들 중 천재만 보여 있는 것 같네요..  

After wide release of FSD Beta 10.69.2, price of FSD will rise to $15k in North America on September 5th. Current price will be honored for orders made before Sept 5th, but delivered later.
