1. 해커 그린님에 의하면, HW 4.0이 FSD 베타 10.11 와 함께 생산 코드에 등장했으며 곧 출시될 수 있다고 합니다.

HW 4.0은 간단히 말해 테슬라가 설계한 2세대 자율주행 칩입니다.

작년 말 HW 4.0은 올해 2분기부터 생산 탑재될 것으로 알려져 있었습니다.

HW4 made an official appearance in the production code with FSDBeta 10.11 While rumors were it would be very similar to hw3 just more/faster RAM, in fact the differences appear to more than that.
Exact details remain somewhat nebulous, but official launch is likely pretty soon.

2. 테슬라의 전 차종트림 가격이 5% 인상되었습니다.

테슬라만의 문제는 아니며 그동안의 수요와 EV 선도 업체라는 점을 고려해봤을 때 크게 걱정할 필요는 없다고 하네요.

3. 트위터 @bentv_sh 에 의하면, 48시간 동안 완전 밀폐형 핵산 검사를 실시하는데 생산은 지속되며, 직원들이 공장 외부로 나가는 것은 안된다고 합니다.

이분은 불가피하게 생산에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 보고 있네요.

물론, 코로나 확산으로 생산 차질이 염려되는 상황이지만 공장 폐쇄가 아니고 생산도 지속된다고 하니 다행입니다.

Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Group Herbert Diess recently visited Austin, Texas, to join the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival for the first time. He shared his impressions on LinkedIn and, among other things, wrote about Tesla Giga Texas. Diess noted that the huge building (1.2 km long, 400 m wide) houses everything needed for car production under one roof. He notes how valuable it is that there are no logistics involved and everything from battery cell production to final assembly is in the same building. Diess understands that once Giga Texas is up and running, it will set some new benchmarks. Realizing this, he expressed his happiness that Volkswagen had decided on a new plant for Wolfsburg. "Without that—no chance to compete," wrote Diess.
