1. 테슬라는 중국에서 자동차 칩을 생산하기 위해 스위스 회사 Annex와 합작 투자하여 회사를 설립할 예정입니다.

그런데 지분을 보니 테슬라가 5%, Annex가 55%, Jinan Zurich Annex Equity Investment Fund Partnership가 40% 입니다.

Tesla and Swiss chip maker Annex have reportedly formed a joint venture in Jinan, east China's Shandong province. According to the report, automotive chips and solutions will be produced there.

The joint venture has an authorized capital of $150 million. With Tesla holding 5% equity in the company, the other 95% is held by Annex (55%) and Jinan Zurich Annex Equity Investment Fund Partnership (40%). Keep in mind that the Jinan Zurich Foundation acquired Annex back in June 2022 for $5 billion.
