1. CATL이 2월 19일 공식적으로 기가 상하이 옆에 4억 4천만 달러 규모의 공장 건설을 시작했습니다.

공장 건설은 1년 내에 완공됩니다.

배터리 공수급 상황만 보더라도, 누가 뭐라해도 테슬라가 가히 최고입니다.

CATL has officially started building a $440 million factory next to Tesla Giga Shanghai. The project with a total area of about 350,000 square meters will be completed and put into operation within a year.

2. 머스크에 의하면 본인은 비행기 탑승 중에 스타링크 위성 서비스를 사용하고 있다고 합니다.

다른 항공기에서의 이용은 FAA의 승인에 따라 결정되겠지만 6개월 이내이며, 배포의 우선 순위는 상업용 항공기라고 하네요.

A Twitter user asked him –“How soon until other aircraft can use it?” to which Musk responded –“Depends mostly on FAA certification, but hopefully within 6 months. We’re testing on Gulfstreams to debug issues, but deployment priority is commercial airliners.” The company needs approval from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to operate Starlink antennas aboard aircraft. Last year, Musk said that Starlink will be capable of providing “low latency ~half gigabit connectivity in the air!”

3. EVSmartBlog 가 일본의 한 산에서 세가지 다른 색상(빨강, 파랑, 흰색)의 모델3 차량으로 겨울 폭설에 얼마동안 버틸 수 있는지에 대해 실험을 했고, 약 50시간 정도는 동상이나 일산화탄소 중독에서 버틸 수 있다고 말했습니다.

그러나 확실히 시동을 켜지 않고 냉난방을 사용할 수 있다는 것은 EV의 엄청난 장점입니다.
